We also carry a smaller 5 ft Lutyens Teak Bench. Both are Commercially Rated and have been used by institutions (like Banks, Schools) and residences. Solid mortise and tenon construction. Gently sloping back. An elegant classic design that is seen in many gardens, this design with rollover arms and a latticed back is a replica of the original by Edwardian architect Sir Edwin Lutyens that is featured prominently at Sissinghurst in Kent. One of our customer photos show a Goldenteak Lutyens bench that has been in a garden for over 18 years with the surrounding garden having matured over time.
6/17/2015 - Thanks for your assistance in customer service and the beautiful teak you have sent. I will always order from you directly for my teak. Julie (Teak End Table Round - Code 67)
We could not be more pleased.....absolutely gorgeous!! Thousand times better made than the Ethan Allen teak. And thousand times more comfortable. Just got them today....relatively easy although the dowels were the tricky part.
Again - welcome and do not hesitate to call or write if you have questions. Sent you a pic in another email. A couple of reasons why your furniture is superior than the Ethan Allen teak are...
All the edges are rounded and all surfaces are baby butt smooth!
The wood itself has .... feels luxurious to the touch and has a richness about it.
The components that are pre assembled are quality, milled and joined perfectly.
The cushions are so well made that both chairs and ottomans match each other in the striping perfectly as twins....that is care and diligence in matching!!!! No one does that any more not even in clothing in a single piece!
