Assembly is easy - but care should be taken to first check whether all components are properly assembled and in alignment before the dowels are tapped in. One may put glue in the joints - but it is recommended that one DOES NOT put glue on the dowels. Dowels are locking pins and can be removed to disassemble the bench/ chair if necessary.
