COVID-19 and Shipping - Goldenteak

Goldenteak Warehouses are located in Massachusetts. We are getting caught up after being closed for some time due to COVID restrictions.

Thank you for your order and opportunity.

Currently we are shipping orders within approximately 3-7 business days from date of order (this does not include transit time). We will charge your card only when we have put you in the shipping queue.   Please let us know if you have a special requirement on dates by sending us an email to sales@goldenteak.com along with your order number. For enquiries about your order it is best to send an email to sales@goldenteak.com. 

Once the product has shipped we will provide you with tracking information. If you desire to cancel your order after it has shipped and is in transit, you will be charged shipping costs incurred.
