EASTERN ZONE - Free Shipping for orders greater than $100 (else $15 for orders less than $100)(States of AL, AR, CT. DC. DE. FL, GA,  IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI, WV)

MOUNTAIN ZONE - 16% for all orders to Utah, New Mexico, Colorado  greater than $100 (else $15 for orders less than $100) at this time.

MOUNTAIN ZONE -2 - 16% for all to orders to IA, WY, MT, ID, ND, NE, SD if they are greater than $100 (else $15 for orders less than $100) at this time.

WESTERN ZONE - 16% for all orders to AZ, CA, WA, OR and NV if amount is over $100, else $15.

Free or Subsidized Shipping is only available to the contiguous 48 states in the US. Call us at 978 689 4041 for a shipping quote to Hawaii, Caribbean and Canada. In most cases we are able to provide Subsidized or Free shipping to the nearest port of departure from the contiguous US, and have you be responsible for the difference.

Free or Subsidized Shipping is NOT available on Dining Tables (both Extension Tables or Non Extending Tables) or Bar Tables unless they are purchased with a minimum of 4 or 6 chairs (depending on the size of the table). This is because the tables are heavy and awkward, and need to be braced (special construction of wood supports) on a pallet or skid before shipment, if they are purchased by themselves. However, if they are purchased with chairs or other items that can serve as supports, then we can offer the free shipping on these tables.  If  Teak Dining Tables or other items designated as not on Free Shipping are purchased, we will quote you a shipping fee dependent on the item and destination.

Free or Subsidized Shipping may not be available on Oversized or Heavy items if they are purchased by themselves, such as  for eg. Teak Deep Seating Sofas, Teak Deep Seating Love Seats, Teak Deep Seating Club Chairs, Teak Pool Cushion Box. In such cases where there is an extra charge, we will call you about the extra charge and obtain your approval by email before proceeding.

Free or Subsidized Shipping is NOT available on Cushions if Cushions are purchased without the accompanying Teak product, regardless of whether you are in a free shipping zone or another zone (for eg.  a 9% Shipping Zone).  Shipping costs will depend on the size of the cushions and the ship to postal code. We will let you know of the shipping charges before we process your order, so you can decide how to proceed.

Free Shipping does not apply to Island destinations (for example with Ferry Services) or any destination that requires special handling. If the Island destination requires special handling, we will call you is there is an additional charge.

Free Shipping DOES NOT INCLUDE Inside Delivery (only includes normal "curbside" driveway delivery). There is an additional charge for Inside Delivery (including delivery to patios and backyards) where available.  Call us for a Quote for Inside Delivery

Shipping to Marinas, Schools, Libraries, Churches, Self Storage Lockers and other similar special circumstances will incur an additional  fee. We will let you know what the fee is before shipping.

Please inform us at time of order if you have any obstacles  or impediments that might prevent a large truck from completeing a delivery. It is the truck drivers responsibility in the end to make sure the delivery can be made safely. Impediments and Restrictions like a low bridge, frost heaves restrictions, narrow streets with no turn arounds, streets with low trees and branches, narrow driveways and others could make it unsafe or impossible for the driver to make a delivery curbside at your address. In such cases one may have to meet the driver at the end of the street, or at the terminal to pick up the merchandise. If we are aware of such restrictions at the time of order, and there is no mutually agreeable way to get your merchandise to you, we will not accept your order. If we have not been made aware of restrictions, you can accept an alternative the carrier suggests which might be to pick the merchandise up at the end of your street, or even at the terminal. If you refuse the shipment and you have failed to tell us about impediments at the time of order, we will gladly refund your money for your order, less the actual shipping charges incurred getting teh merchandise to you and back.
