SPARE PARTS FOR TEAK OUTDOOR FURNITURE FROM GOLDENTEAK

We at GOLDENTEAK can provide replacement parts for OUR (GOLDENTEAK) products.

These could be brass parts that have been misplaced after storage, or have broken for whatever reason.

We can ONLY REPLACE GOLDENTEAK Product parts.

Yes - many products look the same - just like cars have 4 wheels and brakes .. - but all are slightly different. We CANNOT help you with parts for non GOLDENTEAK Products.

To help us find the right part for you and quote the correct price - please provide the following when responding by email to [email protected]:

• Your Order Number for the product in question. Don't worry - we have a record of ALL our orders, even if it is from long ago. If you dont have an order number provide your full name and address.
•  A Photo of the GOLDENTEAK Tag. Our Tag has changed a little over the years and from the photo of the tag we can tell which batch the product was from.
• A photo of the product with something to indicate the part required - it could be a hole (because the part is missing) - or it could be a piece of tape, a string or whatever to indicate this is the part you are looking for.
•  Your address
•  Your Phone Number and email.

We CANNOT Provide parts for non GOLDENTEAK products.

Parts are non returnable and non refundable.

It takes us a lot of time to find the appropriate parts for your product so please be patient. 

Please always provide a perspective view of the product that need the parts. Some people send us a closeup picture of a bolt (which looks like a 1000 other bolts and is useless) but that does not help. Please do not send us close up pictures even with dimensions. Send us pictures of the part requirement ON the Product.
