You can condition and preserve this cutting board by applying Bees Oil (available here) or any food grade mineral oil (not a vegetable oil). It is usggested that you give it a quick coating of oil once every 2weeks or so. Hand Wash only - do not wash in dishwasher. Do not dry with heat - just air dry.
