These products looks great, are made with heavy duty materials and quality hardware.

Shipping svcs,
Couldn’t ask for better packaging, was delivered in individual boxes with foam all around the inside of them then they were strapped on a pallet and there was a 2x4 wood frame built around the whole delivery.

Customer svc was second to none! 
This order was originally out of stock since last fall. I was given an estimation of when these items would possibly come back in stock and to look out for them if I was still interested in purchasing them, this was 6 months ago yet Golden teak contracted me to give me a heads up that these item would be coming available to order in the coming days, something I definitely wanted but not at all thinking about in the middle of winter in the north/east. They made it easy and were on top of things and made it possible for me to have items I would want come spring that had I waited until then may not of been able to get once again but they made sure that didn’t happen and they had my back and did the thinking for me! 

This furniture is for the back of our boat along with 2 other chairs we had already purchased from you so as soon as we have everything set up and in use on the back of our boat I would be happy to send you a couple of pictures of it.
