Teak is a beautiful wood. Our customer in AZ sent us this photo of Goldenteak's Teak End Table purchased in 2005. Occasional cleaning and applications of teak oil have preserved this piece's color like new. Even if your teak bleaches in the sun, its color can be revived either by fine sanding or using some "wood brightener" type cleaners.
